Car gets hot when parked already changed waterpump and thermostat

Put you car on Park and ac OFF, wait until the temperature reaches the normal level. Press the gas pedal several times around 2000 rpm. Observe how the gauge is moving. moving up? Moving down? after this op, Turn off the engine and allow 30/45 minutes to cool down. Start the engine and run Run AC ON and full fans. Open the hood and check if radiator fan is running. You don't need to rev if engine. Please post results and we will help you based on this test.
