2003 Chevy transmission winning noise when it's in park and reverse

Asked by Guru96Y4 Mar 20, 2017 at 07:30 PM about the 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS Extended Cab 4WD

My truck was driving fine hauled a camper home
yesterday got in it after work out it in reverse and it
started making a winning noise it has no reverse
but I have all the other gears can someone please
explain is it internal or electric.

You would have to look that up on line. I would suggest going to a transmission shop for proper diagnosis.
