Could be your timing or timing chain or fuel filter on the front of your carb

Your truck engine is not carbureted, but rather fuel injected. Some may have been throttle body injected, but anyway be sure to check/replace your fuel filter every 30K miles. Then change spark plugs. Do a scan for fault codes and go from there. Having no codes would point to a fuel problem most likely.

Biohazard01 is correct that carbureted engines have a tiny fuel filter on the front of the carb that is often overlooked. It doesn't take much to clog it up. And all engines need more fuel in cold weather.
