My truck will turn over but not crank I've replaced my spider injector and crank positioning sensor. Checked the fuel filter and it's fine the fuel pump is kicking on but it did have low oil pressure

I haven't replaced the camshaft sensor but the issue is I'm getting spark to my coil pack but not to my plugs I changed the distributor cap and button today and it still doesn't have any fire to the plugs also no check engine light nor am I getting and rpms

First check the ignition relay, if thats ok, then most likey fuel pump check u tube on testing ign relay
