Truck will run fine then act as if the tps is bad won't take throttle

Truck will run fine then will randomly act like the
tps is bad won't take throttle input or when in
passing gear acts like the cats are plugged turn
truck off for 10 seconds start back up may run fine
for a day or 2 or it'll act up within 10 miles with
same symptoms truck doesn't throw any codes
when it's acting up

Clean throttle body and take it from there, it could be your cats plugging up, eventually it'll throw a code
