Check voltage and ground for lamp that doesn't work. At the left rear tail lamp, brown wire is voltage and black wire is ground, check them both, use a test light. In the underhood fuse box, there is a left and right--rear park lamp fuse. At the left rear park fuse, headlamp switch on, not only check the fuse, use a test light, and check voltage on that fuse. At the left rear lamp bulb, did you try pushing in on the bulb to see if it will start working, where applicable. If you think the left rear black wire ground has a problem, you can try a redundant ground to see if it starts working?
