2002 chevy z 71 what makes it run rough

when it starts raining it starts running rough and the servese engine light starts
flashing and no power

Sounds like an ignition problem setting off a limp mode , I'd get it fixed before you burn a valve or something

Yep sounds like your ignition wiring is in need of replacement, better check those coil towers for carbon tracks.
