2002 Chev Silverado 5.3L 3.73 rear end upgrade to 4.11 Cost?? / Suggestions??

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4. It has a 5.3L v8 engine and a 373 rear end. Can these be changed out to a 411? Would that be helpful in pulling a trailer? Would that be expensive? Is there any other work on transmission, rear end or transfer case that would be recommended as well to help in pulling RV trailers?

Sorry, I believe it is actually a 4.10. And I am looking to pull a 8000# trailer. I understand the Transmission, rear end and Transfer cases are the weak points.

Add cooling to the transmission and deep oil pans for the rear axle and transmission.
