May have leaky fuel injectors, spider lines, and regulator. Check fuel pressure with a gauge, pressure should be 56 to 63 lbs. With the gauge hooked up the the Schrader Valve, cycle the key on off until pressure is built up. From the highest point the fuel pressure should not drop off more than 5 lbs. in 3 minutes. If it does then this indicates leaky injectors, spider lines, regulator.
