Heater wont switch from defrost

Asked by David Mar 02, 2015 at 11:10 AM about the 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cab 4WD

2003 chevy silverado heater only blows out of defrost. I turn the knob to other settings
and still only comes out of defrost. Could this be a actuator issue or the switch it self?

I just replaced the heater/ac actuator and still having the same issue. maybe the panel? any other suggestions?
