Blown fuse for drivers door

Asked by kerlyq Jul 18, 2017 at 02:50 PM about the 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS Extended Cab LB RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The 15Amp fuse #(DDM) which powers the window, locks, mirrors on the
drivers door intermittantly blows.(today and  8 days ago)  I have been unable to
determine  which one is the problem. Any idea on how to procede? Thankyou

PITA , , there's probably a wire with worn coating grounding out , look at each one , might have to pull the door panel or the grommet in the door jamb , a multi tester would help
