2003 Chevy Silverado

Trying to figure out why my 2003 Silverado makes a
random thumping noise when driving on the
highway. Smooth roads 50-60 mph it is random
then it goes away. Also feel the thumping in my gas
pedal as it thumps my pedal has a tapping feeling?
Anyone might know what it could be

Rotate your tires see if the something changes Or moves if it does the only way to fix it is to replace the tires
