Power door locks and interior lights not working

Is there a relay for the power doors and
interior lights on a 2003 Chevy Silverado I
check the fuses and they are all good

Your truck has three fuse/relay panels. Go to the side fuse panel at the drivers side of dash...it faces the door. Check the following relays labeled: LOCK, L LOCK, UN LOCK, DR LOCK, and DRV UNLOCK. (Hard to believe, I know.) These power the door locks. Now, go to the under the hood fuse box. Check fuse labeled CTSYLP for the courtesy lamps. Tell us what you find. The third fuse box is under the dash if you have to look at that sometime.

So the passenger side works the locks. The drive side and interior lights do not work.
