why wont my truck go when on the gas?

my 2003 chevy 1500 5.3 wont go when you are on the gas hard, it goes but when i try to
pass people it wont move any faster. It is throwing a mass air flow sensor code so i
unplugged that but it is bogging down and not going any where fast.i just did spark plugs, i
dont know if it is he cat clogged or it is a bad fuel filter or something else. any
suggestions?

try cleaning th mass air flow sensor. and when did you last put in an air filter? if you do the cleaning, you should also clean the throttle body. throttle body cleaner and maf cleaner come in a two pack together. be sure to use the proper cleaner on them. especially the mass air flow sensor.
