what could be the problem as I hear grinding coming from my left front end?

It's not the brakes. I has a humming sound when traveling and a grinding sound when traveling as well. When moving if I slightly turn the steering wheel it stops. And there is a really bad grinding noise when I sharply turn the steering wheel. Especially to the left.

Ok, next is power steering fluid. If low it makes a what I call 'growling' sound

After that is wheel bearing Jack it up and try to wiggle it from top and bottom. Should not move
