My 04 Chevy Silverado 1500 is giving me random cylinder misfire code, and system running lean code, changed plugs and wires, still running rough, wondering if maybe its some sort of fuel issue

A lean code is set by low fuel pressure or a vacuum leak. Have your fuel pressure checked and check for vacuum leaks around the intake on the engine.
