Most modern door panels are only held in place by one or two screws, and a large number of plastic clips -- there is probably one screw up near the rearview mirror, another in the handle assembly, and possibly another in the cupped part of the door where you can put your hand to close it. After that, pry gently all around until you can remove the panel. I believe the speakers are 6x9's.

The door speakers are 6.5in. And the rear speakers are 4x6in.
