If its blowing hot, this usually indicates a bad blend door actuator. Not sure about duel climate trucks, but in a single climate truck, the actuator is a flat plastic box, located under the dash and over the hump. There isn't alot of clearance to get the screws holding th actuator in place, and you pretty much have to work in an upside down position. Hope this helps.

2007 LT silverado passenger door won't open. It opens from the outside but not the inside. Power lock, window, and ect works but the handle won't open the door

The only door that will not open with the key, remote, or the switch is the drivers door. Passenger door works fine. I have to climb over any time I drive.
