04 silverado

I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado n my computer
resets the  catalytic converter  to not ready n also
my change engine oil every time I turn it off n then
back on I haven’t seen anyone with the same
problems anyone any suggestions on what it may
be already looked for frail wires or burnt fuses n
can’t see any
