Front end creaking

I have a 2005 Silverado z71. My front passenger side creaks, but I replaced the control arms and ball joints. lasted 1 week then started again.... any help?

Can also be struts or sway links. Sway/stabilizer bar links are cheap (about $15 each) and can easily be put on. I'd try those first before the more expensive struts.
