2005 Chevy Silvardo fan runs when it's been turned off for hours

My 2005 Silverado fan starting running after it was parked, key off for hours.  
It
just did it randomly sometimes at night sometimes the day.  My husband
bought parts and fixed what code indicated.  He would test drive it and it
seemed to be good, until he turned on the air conditioning on. Then a
different
code would appear.  We took it to a very reputable dealer.  Now they don't
know this is happening.  Have you ever heard of this?

Code P00480 was the first code, changed relays, did a test run with AC on, got 6 more codes, truck ran rough until AC was off. Codes - P0480, P0420, P0449, P0053, P0135, P0134, P0332. Replaced oxygen sensors, Engine temp sensor, EVAP vent solenoid. Only P0048 comes on until AC is turned. I spoke with technician at the dealership today. They still haven't been able to isolate the problem and have had three technicians work on it. However, they think it's in the electrical system.
