05 chevy not getting spark what could be the cause

I have an 05 chevy silverado 1500 with 4.3l it won't start
but I'm not getting spark I've replaced the plugs, wires,
distributor cap, rotor, ignition coil, pickup coil, and the
ignition control module but still not getting any spark. I
also find it a little weird that the tach does nothing while
cranking but that could just be me. The truck will crank for
ever and is definitely getting fuel just no spark please help

I'll try that next thanks for the response I replaced the crankshaft position sensor this morning and had no luck

Is the cam position sensor and the pickup coil the same thing?
