05 Silverado 4.3 5 speed

05 silverado 4.3 5 speed has new oil pump rebuilt
distributor new plugs and wires the truck turns
over for maybe 5 seconds then it cuts all power but
soon as you let off of the key the power comes
back but truck won't start

Looks like you have multiple issues. I would start by testing your camshaft position sensor and circuit wiring. This may be reason for the random misfire code.
