losing water while the engine is cool and off

I replaced a leaking water pump, bypassed the heater core, and I am still losing water, not while the motor is running... but overnight.  We park on a dirt driveway... so it is hard to determine the exact water loss location... since we can't see a drip.

I would get the cooling system pressure tested. If you are losing coolant it is either leaking out onto the ground or going out the tailpipe. If it is going out of the tailpipe, that usually is an indication of a bad manifold gasket, head gasket or cracked cylinder head. Getting it pressure tested may tell you where the problem is.
