Ive got a 2005 chevrolet silverado I have the 4.3L v6 long bed work truck I was wondering if I wanted to swap out for a 5.3L engine would I have to swap my transmission as well?

I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado 5.3. Truck idles good when in park but when I put it into gear the check engine light comes on. P0307, witch is Cylinder 7 misfiring. Ive changed all the lifters,coils,injectors and solnoids. Plugs and wires as well.
