2005 flex l59 dies what could be the problem?

2005 silverado1500 flex fuel L59 engine stats fine runs for about 12/15 min then
dies . fuel pumped  changed spark plug changed  fuel filter changed . wont start
right up after it dies let sit for sometime then does the same thing again. fuel
pressure stays fine even when engine dies .

Cam or crank sensor intermittent failure, ECM or ICM internal heat problem, grounding issues.
