Truck won't start or turn over

Truck won't start or turn over. Shop says it's not the
battery. Dash lights and everything won't even
come on. Also, installed a system in and then it
started doing this.

    Have fire. Swapped fuel pump relay with wiper relay and wiper work. No fuel pressure. No noise from fuel pump relay or fuel pump. Don't have code reader.
