I bought a 4wd selector switch cause my 4wd light
kept coming on. Well it fixed the problem but
almost 100% positive it's stuck in 4wd now. What
could be causing this?

Possible Transfer Case Actuator Motor, or the Transfer Case Encoder Ring. Chances are it is the Actuator.

Easiest replacement is replace the transfer case and not the actuators or anything
