To disable "THEFTLOCK" press preset buttons 1&4 simultaneously for 5 seconds with ignition on and the radio off. The display will show "SEC" indicating the radio is in secure mode. Press the "MN" button. The display will show "000". Press the "MN" button until the last to digits are the same as your code. Then press "HR" button until first digit matches code. Press "AM/FM" if the display shows "_ _ _" you have disabled the feature. The code comes with the truck when you bought it.

But since you are replacing the radio head unit it does not matter if you disable it or not because you dont need the original head unit to work anymore. The theftlock only locks the stock head unit not the rest of the system or anything so don't worry about it.
