2004 silverado Z71 4x4

if  my truck for three days the battery will go dead and it is a new battery when running  it's missing I change wire plugs coil pack map sensor knock sensor tps sensor injector lot more still doing the same thing. I think it's grounding out somewhere I can't figure it out. I need some help

I would start by taking a digital multi meter, taking off the neg. battery cable, hook up the meter between the neg. cable and the neg. battery post, and see what you got. The draw should not be over 50 um amps. If it is, then start pulling fuses until the meter drops below the 50 um, then you know what circuit to look at for repair. The battery should be fully charged up before doing this. Do not be turning anything on during this process.
