Why does clock go to 12:00 after starting truck?

Besides the gauges activating a minute after
starting, the clock goes to 12:00. Had batteries
load tested, came out good. Thinking of getting
new batteries. Have checked all connections,
solid.

That is telling you there is a voltage drop. Could be a battery cable, bad connections anywhere, even seen a few melted power distribution boxes do this.
