Starts runs for about a min then fuel pressure drops from 35lb to 0

New fuel pump, new fuel filter&
cleaned tank when pump was changed

That engine also utilizes a fuel pressure regulator and there may be a faulty relay that heats up and cuts out. Maybe you can find a shop that can scan for fault codes on these pre-1996 vehicles that are OBD one (OBDI) compliant. After 1996 it became OBD two (OBDII). So check the easy thing first, the relay.
