I have a 2005 chevrolet trailblazer ext lt 4wd; when driving down the down the my rear diver side tire sometimes shifts and makes like a poping sound, also when I am making left hand turns the tire shift and makes a sound. I do not have normally tires on the vehicle I am driving with 275 40 R20 on the rear and 275 45 R20 on the fronts, can anyone tell what could be the problem, I am thinking it could be the wheel bearing going bad or it may be the spacers, I bought the car used from a dealership so it came with the rims and tires already on it. So not sure if spacers where used.

On 4 wheel drive vehicles the tires MUST be the same size unless specifically recommended otherwise by the vehicle manufacturer. The proper tire size will be listed on a tag on the driver's door post. According to www.tirerack.com the proper tire size all the way around is 275/45/20. You need to get those 275/40/20 tires off of the rear. Having odd sized tires on an AWD vehicle will cause excessive wear to the transfer case, front and rear differential and the tires. If your 4 wheel drive is shiftable (in and out of 4wd) do not use the 4 wheel drive function till the tires are all the same size and diameter. Something to check would be see if all the lug nuts are tight. A trip to a suspension / alignment shop might be a good idea.
