How to tightin crown Vic throttle cable

My gas pedal is hanging very low. I'm having problems
when on the Highway to to speed up can anyone help me

It may be that the cable is stretched out an needs to be replaced. But have someone look at it, sometimes the bracket it goes threw on the engine can be bent just a little to help. Or go down on the gas pedal and figure out how to take up the slack there by putting something on the cable to extend it out from the stop, like a small zip tie or something.
