I just replaced my fuel filter and checked on the fuse that controls the fuel injector, The
fuel gauge on the instrument cluster does not work now. Is it a fuse?

When i turn the heat on it doesn't blow but when im driving it works but as soon as I stop the car gets cold. But it only comes out heat when I have it on vents. everything else it won't do anything.
