Is there more than one fuse panel,and if so where are they?

Yes, typically there are 3, one by the driver inside the vehicle that usually has fuses for the radio and stuff like that, one under the hood by the driver side or near the battery depending on the year of your vehicle and the third panel is in the trunk which controls amp safety to the fuel pump.
