Can I change the transmission out of my
Ford 500 3.0 V6 and put it in my Ford
Escape 3.0 liter V6 they're both the same
year

I don't think so. I looked up the transmissions (rockauto.com) for each and they show different part numbers. Pictures also do not look the same bolt pattern so no, that cannot be swapped.
