How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? Engine cranking do you have spark at the plugs? Did you check voltage and ground to new fuel pump? At the connector, pink wire is voltage, black wire ground, in the diagram. You can use a test light to check both. I don't know what testing you have done? See the fuel pump relay, the relay has the control side, right side in diagram and switch side, left side in diagram. If you unplug relay, use jumper wire between the two terminals on the switch side of relay, the fuel pump should run. As you can see, the top wire on left side of relay is hot all the time and fuse protected. You also need to check the inertia switch. On the control side of relay, the top wire is voltage and bottom wire is ground. Ground is controlled by computer.
