oil pressure drops only when i stop at a light and picks back up when I take off. Is the oil pump bad?

A worn engine/main bearings is my guess. How many miles on the engine? What oil do you use?

354,000 miles and I use 5W 30 high mileage oil

Definitely sounds like the beginnings of worn out bearings. Hope that helps! Jim
