nothing at all lights up or works? i would check fuses first.

looks like there are 3 fuses in the central junction box which is located in the right hand kick panel below the glove box. fuse 1.1 is a 10A, fuse 1.15 is a 5A, fuse 1.21 is a 15A.

what does work on this land yaght,? man you got your hands full,you may have a computer problem not the pcm but a box for accessories,maby under dash?

Some vehicles have a separate voltage regulator for the instrument panel behind the panel itself to cut down to even less than 12 volts. Long shot but could be.
