Have you checked all the fuses? Not just the fuse itself, but look for any corrision or loose fitting fuse. Are you getting any voltage to the fan motor? is it zero or some but not 12v?

2007 Ford Expedition front blower not working. Is there a fuse to replace? If so where is it. I've replaced the resister but it still is not working. Should I buy a blower motor?

Similar problem. One low cost idea.......Locate the "ballest resistor" or module and with the system on, wiggle the cable. If it comes on intermittently, 9 times out of 10, it is the connector. Ours didn't work until my wife accidentally kicked the harness with her foot. I spliced a new on. The old one had a melted terminal.

If you have a melted terminal there is a reason why.
