Changed cop and spark plug still same
cylinder misfire checked everywhere for
vacuum leaks and can't seem to find one

I'm going to guess "cop" means ignition coil, inspect the wires to the coil for broken or loose ends, when coil plug is plugged in be sure it clicks into place.

Yea I checked the wiring and then checked the wiring to the injector. And both have same power as the other coils to

Swap the injector to another cylinder to see if the miss moves. If it moves the injector is bad.

Getting ready swap injectors and went ahead and read codes and now it says 03 00 pd 0302 0306 pd
