Full pump for 2003 ford explorer

Just changed full pump and will not start and
check  fuses the rest button and still not working.
What can I do know to get it to start?

Fuel pump relay? Have you confirmed that you have spark and that the fuel is reaching the cylinders? What I like to do to check for fuel is crank the vehicle over for a few seconds then remove a spark plug or 2 to see of they're wet with fuel. It's a quick, easy and safe way to do so.
