My info says your security system can disable starter motor if security system has a problem. Pats problem, flashing theft lamp with the ignition in run or start. no crank or crank but no start. start and stall within one second. no pats issue if the theft lamp works ok, 2-3 second prove out then off, then pats is ok. Might be other issues? As far as the starter motor, with testing, we can bypass most of that, just to see if starter motor will crank the engine? If the security system is involved, even if you crank it, it's not going to start. Any testing make sure transmission is in park or neutral and parking brake is set. Make sure vehicle can't move. Any applicable trouble codes?

Could be a list of things. No cranking can be low battery, bad connections, bad starter or solenoid, bad neutral safety switch, etc. You need to troubleshoot and test to determine which item is causing the problem.
