  Ford Expedition 5.4L , 4x4. I'm having problems with the
transmission. You get in it crank put it drive it will pull
forward about 20 feet it was jerking and hesitating. Then
put it in reverse and went backwards did the samethng.
Check the transmission fluid it smelled like rotten eggs. Do
I need a new transmission.

Check your catalytic converter. It's probably clogged.. that will make the vehicle act as if the world is ending .
