2003 ford expedition 4.6l 4x4

Idles high then low , shitty idle. Then i put it in drive
and goes nowhere, i pimp the gas just to get it to
go and it has piss poor power , barely goes and too
much  pedal and it stalls n dies any help

Idle controle mod. And probably air filter along if the up keep hasdnt neen done properly the Cadillac converter could be replaced plugs and wirring harnes for firring
