2004 Ford Expedition idling when I start and shake a little

I changed all spark plugs do to 2 of them popped
out and also change my fuel filter and air filter but
still idles and shakes as soon as I start it. Why and
what can I do to fix this

Your engine blew out two plugs? Did you repair the hole or just stick two more plugs in the stripped out holes?

Helicoil kit can be used to rethread the holes, you're also gonna want some high temp loctite to lock in the helicoil so that the spark plug has something to grip

If not due to spark plugs not sealing properly, check motor mounts
