Does it have the strap to pull to release it? It is located on the left side of the seat at the back between the back rest and seat cushion. If so sometimes it gets stuck and you have to pull the strap to the right or left side to get it to release. Mine sticks and is very frustrating at times!!! If you don't have a strap, good luck IDK how to help you!
