I have a 2005 ford EB expedition my engine started hesitating while driving then actually cut off once i got to a stop light. It started right back up. This time with the check engine light on.

Most likely a bad coil. Have engine scanned with a code reader to determine what cylinder(s) are misfiring. Then change that coil and plug. Driving while engine is misfiring will damage the catalytic converter.

I have a 97 ford expedition and the anti theft light flashes and stalls engine .I have had the computer reset twice and it cranked with the anti theft light going off.When I go out to crank 2 hours later back to the anti theft light back on and want crank.Idles up the shuts down .I have had everyone envolved except the dealer.I actually reset computer 3 different times by turning ignition over on and off position times then anti theft light would go off .That worked 3 times now nothing.Some say it might be the control module but cant say for sure.Got any sugestions? 4 Answers
