Does the fan operate continuously? Or is the temp of the air fluctuating?

Yes it does operate continuously but then turns off for about 5 mins and then come back on

If the blower motor is cutting off, then comes back on, you could have a motor which is burning up, cutting off due to heat. Could also be a heat related issue with the blower motor resistor. Surf the net on how to check both.
